Run Club - Drills, Hills & Intervals

Running session specifically designed to improve running form, fitness and muscular endurance. Sessions consists of running drills and a mix of intervals and/or hills. Each week is different and distance of session will depend on how fast you run.

Sessions ideal for anybody looking to add some speed sessions into their normal run routine. All sessions are run on short routes so nobody gets left behind.

Run Club -
Easy Run

Easy run at about 7 min km pace of a distance of around 7.5km.

Each week a different route is planned and meeting point is normally prospect park unless told otherwise.

Route changes each week and has different surfaces, mainly roads. Please bring something bright and head torch if its dark.
