14 week plan and 2 weekly run clubs

3-4 remote sessions and 2 weekly run clubs + bonus gym and run exercises.

Access to private Whatsapp group with weekly & daily updates plus support and motivation from other runners.

How it works

Improve your half marathon and running fitness with our 14 week reading half plan. Join an encouraging and motivational group to push you and support you through the whole process.

Using Training App

The full 14 week plan will be viewable via the training app called "training peaks". Here you can track runs and progress all from your phone.

Training plan

We will work over the next 14 weeks to improve your fitness. The main thing here is being consistent and completing the sessions. All sessions can be downloaded straight to your watch.

Weekly Runs

Weekly run clubs on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings as well as parkrun meet ups.


All for £20.99 a month or £79.99 one time payment, plus £5 fee for the training plan on training peaks.
